Father Kent Hovind SJ Not So Much

Kent Hovind developments keep verging on Forbes worthy, but have not quite gotten there.  For those new to this blog,  Kent Hovind is an Independent Baptist minister dedicated to Young Earth Creationism,  He has a lot of trouble with the IRS and is currently on supervised release after a long prison sentence. He is in Lenox, Alabama creating a bigger better Dinosaur Adventureland, travelling to preach and maintaining a strong youtube presence.

I have been covering his tax travails since 2012.  I stopped covering him on forbes.com last year, but continue to keep up with him on this site.

An Innocent Man

The latest drama from Kent's camp, is his innocence video which was put together by Brady Byrum.  The idea was that you spend $50 to buy the eight disc set.  The last disc of the eight instructs you to do some sort of filing which will result in Kent getting a huge judgment and Judge Margaret Casey Rodgers getting impeached - or something like that, if enough people do it.

Nobody, I know in the Hovindology community was willing to spring the fifty bucks and invest the lifespan in watching the videos.  Ernie Land sent me some of the slides.  The thing that I noted was that the case law that Brady cited on the structuring issue predated the statute under which Hovind was convicted. That is a classic tax protester error in constructing arguments.

Of course, I have not studied the whole thing so maybe it does work, somehow.  I really wish these people would communicate in writing which is much more effective for laying out legal arguments.

Field Temporarily Abandoned To The Opposition

As it happens now if you want to find out about the video you are stuck with Robert Baty's site - the one Hovindicators love to hate.  Creation Science Evangelism is no longer supporting the video.  You can read Baty's theories on the subject if you want, but I think I have the straight dope from Ernie Land who wrote me.
Brady Byrum interviewed Dr. Kent Hovind intensively for weeks as an investigative reporter. After getting all the facts relating to Dr. Hovind’s case Brady Byrum has prepared a very well researched DVD series proving with case law Dr. Hovind’s innocence. The timing could not be more perfect as it seems this election has proven American’s have awaken to the excessive abuse in Politics,  Government and in our Judicial system as well. Many of us felt the Judge was very biased and even overreached in an effort to discriminate against Christians. The DVD series Kent Hovind Innocent revels all those abuses with case law and the real reason codes were made in Congress to prove Dr. Hovind’s innocence. The Ministry and Creation Science Evangelism appreciates Brady exposing these truths. With that said we however do not wish to put Dr. Hovind in jeopardy and have made a decision to have Brady market any production third party to us.
Another development that may or may not be related is that freekenthovind.com is down.  Ernie did not have any information on that.  He told me that he knows somebody who knows somebody who runs the site, but that is it.

Kent Hovind SJ

The final thing is what the title is based on.  Bryan Delinger of King James Video Ministries has launched quite a vitriolic attack on Kent Hovind.  "Kent Hovind's Vow Of Poverty And Ecumenical Agenda"

At nearly an hour and a half it is a major lifespan investment.  A couple of key points are at 47:29 where they cite a letter that introduces this report from Jesuits Midwest finding special significance in this paragraph:

The word companions carries a special meaning for Jesuits. When founding our Order, Saint Ignatius wanted his group to be known as the Company of Jesus (synonymous with Society of Jesus). The root of company refers to people who share bread—an ancient symbol of life—mission, and community. And so our company extends beyond Jesuits and the leaders of Jesuit works to include students and alumni, parishioners and retreatants, those who are fed by Ignatian spirituality and who help heal a world in need. Together, let us look to the past with gratitude for all we have accomplished in building the Kingdom of God!
At 55:27 Catherine (or it could be Katherine) starts discussing a very interesting document that "the Lord gave her". If you pay attention, I'll show you the mysterious way in which the Lord worked this time.  The document is Form 990, the disclosure form that not for profits file, of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester Mass - Choo, choo rah, rah

She probably spends a bit more time on it than she needs to.  The point is to show that the Jesuits who work at Holy Cross don't get paid individually.

Which brings us to 1:05:00 where they discuss an article on forbes.com - Minister's Vow of Poverty Does Not Beat Income Tax - And Kent Hovind Update by Peter J. Reilly who has "openly admitted to being a Jesuit"

The source for the admission is a comment I made on a previous video they did on Kent Hovind in which I said that by their standards I might be a Jesuit, since they consider anybody who has ever attended a Jesuit school to be a Jesuit alongside the people, like Kent Hovind, whose subtle Jesuiticalness needs to be teased out.

Socrates Must Die

The latter is the point of the video which essentially boils down to Kent Hovind took a vow of poverty.  Jesuits take vows of poverty.  Therefore Kent Hovind is a Jesuit. Anybody who knows that Socrates had to die, can recognize the fallacy of the undistributed middle there. Of course, there is more to it. Kent also uses the term ecumenical in referring to his ministry - another sure sign he is a Jesuit.

In the process of laying out the argument, they provide a lot of interesting information on how Catholic clergy are compensated and the difference between clergy who are members of orders and those who are not.  You are probably  not going to find many people who know a good bit about Catholic clergy compensation and Kent Hovind, so it is not surprising they cite me as an authority.  They may be people who believe preposterous things but they believe them in a very thorough manner, so I do feel a bit flattered.

And any time somebody gives that much attention to one of my posts, I've got to show some appreciation.  I should note that my post includes a link to the Holy Cross 990, which I think makes it likely that I was the instrument the Lord used to show the document to Catherine.  Just saying.

Still I really enjoyed the video and really like Bryan and Catherine Denliger. On their website, they lay out their beliefs and values and they seem to follow through.  A couple of high points.

King James Is It

The KJV was translated by a superior technique that guaranteed accuracy. There were 47 of Europe’s most brilliant scholars to work on the translation, and each book of the Bible had to pass through 7 different tests before it would be accepted as scripture. Many of the new versions of the twentieth century were written by only one or two men! The KJV was also translated at a time of much higher moral purity. Unlike the new versions of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.
Our belief in the perfect authority of the KING JAMES VERSION enables us to speak God’s truth to ANYONE at any time without being dishonest. (Matthew 7:28-29) It is a sad fact that MANY pastors and Christians call their bible “God’s word” and yet in their heart they do not believe that it is without error. ( 1 John 5:10-13) This leads to what Jesus referred to as a “hypocrite”. (Read Matthew 23) If you do not have a perfect Bible, then you do not have a perfect God and Saviour!!
Male Authority in the Church and Home
We do NOT believe in Female pastors because of the clear teaching against it in the bible. 1 Timothy 3:1-2a says, “This is a true saying, If a MAN desire the office of a bishop, HE desireth a good work. A bishop then must be blameless, the HUSBAND of one wife....” 1 Timothy 3:4 also says “his” twice and verse 5 says “man”, “his”, and “he”. The bible also says in 1 Timothy 2:11-12, “Let the women learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.” 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 plainly states, “Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.”
We believe that God has ordained the man to be the head of the home, and NOT the woman. (1 Corinthians 11:3, Ephesians 5:33, & 1 Peter 3:1-7)
Modest apparel for women
We believe that women should dress in a way that they do not draw attention to themselves. As Christians, both men and women should seek to bring glory to God with our lives. The bible tells women how they ought to dress. (1 Peter 3:3-4 & 1 Timothy 2:9-10) Dressing “modestly” is not only pleasing in God’s sight, but is also a way to gain more respect from men in the world. When women dress provocatively it says something about their character. It has been well said, “If you are not in business, then don’t advertize!” We believe that men should dress and act like men, and women should dress and act like women. There should be a clear distinction between the two.
I have to say as youtube performers they model this very well.  Catherine is dressed very modestly,  Bryan does most of the talking with her standing there and nodding.  When she does speak, she appears quite chagrined when he corrects her.  From other videos, I think they have been married a year or two.  It will be interesting to watch this evolve.

YEC Of Course
We reject the theory of Evolution as an unscientific system of religious belief. (Romans 1:20-25) We believe that God “created all things by Jesus Christ” (Ephesians 3:9) We believe in the literal account of Genesis 1. We also reject the “Gap theory” as well as the “Day-age theory”. The bible teaching of creation lines up perfectly with the known laws of science, (things were good in the beginning, and get worse with age) whereas the theory of evolution goes against this established FACT of science by teaching that everything gets BETTER with time. This is not true of the natural world, and it is not true of the spiritual world either! (1 Timothy 4:1-3, 2 Timothy 3:1-7, & 4:3-4)
The firm belief in young earth creationism makes it really hard for Bryan to call out Kent Hovind.

 Tax Consistency

On the donate page, you get this.
If you wish to make a donation to King James Video Ministries, you must realize that your donation is a "gift" and is NOT tax deductible. This ministry is NOT a 501c3 organization.
I really admire that approach to the state/church problems that are raised for churches, by our current system.

Kent Hovind As A Jesuit

Accusations that Kent Hovind is a a Jesuit are, of course, beyond preposterous.  Nonetheless I reached out to a couple of my favorite Hovindicators for comment.  Ernie Land wrote me

OK. I guess because you interviewed Kent you got him to join the organization. I find this one laughable. I guess a “vow of poverty” is for Catholicism only and as such a term none other can use.
Rudy Davis who is singled out in the video as being particularly wicked wrote me.

Yes, part of me wants to apologize on behalf of Christians everywhere... although I am not really sure if they are indeed Christians but unfortunately I do suspect that they are Christians.... anyway I refer to their stupidity at about 30 mins into the video below at the bottom.
I am sure that many people think I go overboard in my conspiracy views, I do try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt before labeling them part of some greater conspiracy.

I really thinking Rudy was a little out of line when he says "his wife looks like an Amish cult member".  Rudy takes exception to me referring to his youtube work as "a performance", but I use that term in a neutral sense to characterize the way he comes across, which I really appreciate.

In some ways I think Bryan Denlinger is the New England version of Rudy Davis

Me As A Jesuit

I think it got started because when I heard Rudy Davis bad mouthing the Jesuits.  Because of that, when I interviewed Ernie Land

I told him that I thought highly of Jesuits and that I had eight years of Jesuit education (Xavier High School in Manhattan Class of 1970 and College of the Holy Cross in Worcester Mass Class of 1974).  In a subsequent interview on God's Property Radio, Ernie translated this into my having been a Jesuit for eight years. So I found it amusing when Bryan Denlinger started in on Kent and Ernie's Jesuit connections.

But really I am not a Jesuit. I wrote to Bryan Denlinger but have not heard back from him  I suggested three possibilities.  One is that, in his view, the mind control techniques of the Jesuits are so powerful that there are thousands of people like me, who are Jesuits without being aware of it.  The second is that Bryan thinks I am a liar.  The third is that he is mistaken about me being a Jesuit.

The funny thing is that I have been doing a series about my high school days.  High school had much more direct Jesuit influence than college did. I have seen comments from my classmates to the effect that they learned tolerance, open mindedness and compassion from the Jesuits, but I think I may have come to them, to the extent I have,  from other influences like my parents, the Boy Scouts and a saint like curate in our parish, Father Charles McTague, who went on to be moderately famous.  Ironically Father McTague flunked out of Xavier.  Go figure.  But I do think those values were reinforced by the school.

Oddly enough, my memories of the military side of the school are much more vivid.  I would say that you might make a better case that Xavier made me a soldier rather than a Jesuit, but of course there is no case for the soldier either.

So it would be nice to hear if Bryan thinks I am flat out lying when I say I am not a Jesuit.  I'll still like him regardless.  I'd love to have a get together at my house some time with Rudy Davis and Bryan Denlinger and Ernie Land and the wives.  I don't think my covivant would go for it though.

So the bottom line is that I'm not a Jesuit and neither is Kent Hovind.  And I think Rudy should really apologize for that Amish crack about Mrs. Denlinger.

  1. Peter, you quoted Ernie as writing regarding the "Innocence DVD" scheme, in part:

    - "With that said we however do not wish to put
    - Dr. Hovind in jeopardy and have made a decision
    - to have Brady market any production third party
    - to us."

If you know what that means, please explain it to me.

Regardless of what that means, Ernie's comments do nothing to rebut my claim to having "shut Kent up" regarding that matter while it was Kent claiming that Brady and his team were going to "shut Baty up".

It also seems to support the proposition that Kent's probation officer may have warned him he risked having his Supervised Release revoked if he continued such antics.

Ernie has no good reason not to tell us clearly what he knows about these things, and the reasons he has for keeping his secrets are not good.

    1. Looks like Brady is going to market the Innocence DVD as a third party to Kent Hovind instead of Kent being directly involved. Of course, Kent is still not at arm's length in this thing, since it's all about him.

What I want to know is the DVD is ever going to be for sale. I'm pricing out a new computer right now and I need to know if I should buy a DVD player for it!

  2. Ernie and Kent, among others, have a lot to answer for, but I'll try to keep to some simple, easy to resolve matters.

For instance, you bring up the topic of lying.

I have, effectively, accused Kent Hovind of flat out lying on at least one recent occasion; that of his claim that he applied for a sentence reduction (i.e., early termination of his Supervised Release).

Kent even asked for his people to pray that it be granted.

I wrote an article about it at:

    http://kehvrlb.com/did-kent-hovind-lie-about-applying-for-a-sentence-reduction

I would we could get this matter resolved, but you make no mention of asking Ernie about it.

Put it on your list of things to ask about next time, if you will.

For now, I'm marking it down as a flat out lie from the mouth of Kent Hovind. I hope, like you, Kent can still like me even if I have caught him in that lie.

  3. Peter, how about this also.

You wrote, in part, regarding Ernie and the FreeKentHovind.com website:

    - "Another development that may or may not be
    - related is that freekenthovind.com is down.
    - Ernie did not have any information on that.
    - He told me that he knows somebody who knows
    - somebody who runs the site, but that is it."

Randy Dunn recently wrote about that, in part:

    - "Well, I know he (Ernie Land) was (involved)
    - because he was the administrator of 'FreekentHovind'
    - Don't ask how this electronic engineer who worked
    - for the government could figure that one out."

Would Ernie lie or withhold information about his connections to the site?

    Probably.

    Could Randy have gotten wrong.
    Yes.

Maybe we'll hear more about that.
    Maybe not.

  4. OK, Peter, let's consider your quote of Ernie which was, in part:

    - "Brady Byrum interviewed Dr. Kent Hovind intensively
    - for weeks as an investigative reporter. After getting
    - all the facts relating to Dr. Hovind’s case Brady Byrum
    - has prepared a very well researched DVD series proving
    - with case law Dr. Hovind’s innocence."

That could easily be considered just false.

It's laughable that such terms as "forensic legal researcher" and "investigative reporter" are used to describe Brady Byrum.

There is no evidence that Brady ever wanted or obtained "all the relevant facts" regarding Kent's 2006 case, and his "Innocence DVD Series" does nothing to show Kent's innocence.

The DVD Series does, however, do a very good job of showing Brady Byrum as an incompetent reporter and researcher.

As implied above, I have already rebutted the foundational claim originally presented by Kent and Brady.

  5. Hello Peter. I value my time and even though all these liars infuriate me I often hold my peace as not to throw my pearls before the swine. Some lies do need rebutting as Baty has often been rebutted about his lies on BioPerformance fuel product being proven in an EPA certified lab in Texas, and therefore the Texas AG had to settle the case because the product proved itself in an EPA certified Lab and because the MLM program proved not to be a scam or Ponzi scheme. More lies in promoting I was the administrator of the freekenthovind.com site, just flat out a lie, in fact I have never known for a fact who did administrate it because they go by a code name. So I had input like this input here, but zero control. Brady has interviewed Kent for more than a year. That said out BAR licensed Attorney points out it is good solid research with great facts in support of Kent's innocence, but the timing is just not right now. Even the higher authorities we have contact with have asked us to hold our peace for a time and let them work the system because this research is good for all of America to reinstall our Constitution as the correct and highest law of this land. They have this "innocence" video, and we are exercising our rights. I notice you feel the new precedent has offset the older precedent. I disagree and even go so far as to have an opinion precedent, though used often, is often unconstitutional. Why? Because the Judicial system is to apply the written law, not redefine the English language to set new and bad precedent. As in 200 years of "marriage", being unlawfully redefined, but that will be for a new Supreme Court to correct. I still use the Constitutional right to counsel being defined unlawfully by most lower Courts as a BAR Attorney. A case I have won in several Courts because it is a point no Judge or Attorney can argue without bad precedent and one easily beaten in the higher Courts because the Constitution says right to counsel of your choice and when the Constitution was written it was nearly a 100 years later before there was even a American Bar Association, so therefore our foreFathers could never have met it to be BAR Attorney only. The Judicial system can't stand that being brought into the light, just as much as Baty hates us showing his lies.

    1. Ernie: I'm just going to give you two words here: Innocence Project. If Kent thinks he's innocent, he needs to contact those guys and get the ball rolling. They are the experts (so far as I can tell) at getting post-conviction relief. And since this is where Kent is at in the legal process (post-conviction, post-sentence, post-completion of sentence), he should work with people who have a track record of going into court and not only getting people out of jail, but getting their records expunged.

      That's all I'm gonna say.

  6. Typical Ernie Land, daring to accuse me of the specialty that he and his people (i.e., Kent Hovind) consistently engage in; lying.

And, of course, he already is executing his exit strategy here because, as we have seen so many times before, he has no intention of openly, honestly engaging in a discussion of substantive matters regarding Kent Hovind's legal/tax and related problems.

Of course the time is not ripe for Ernie and Kent and Brady and the Bunch.

Kent has already, repeatedly, admitted to facts which show that he was guilty as charged, tried and convicted in 2006.

As I said before, Ernie has no good reason for the course he has taken and the secrets he is keeping.

Maybe it will work out for him and Kent.
    Maybe not.

I'm still ready to start the negotiations with Kent for a discussion of his legal/tax and related issues he has been making public for years. There are currently 64 propositions to consider in my list, though #2 is still on the top of my preference list and even Kent says that is the one that is fundamental to understanding his legal problems.

Come on out Kent, or send me your Champion.
    Or not.

Nothing Ernie added does anything to deny me the claim to having "shut Kent up" after he was boldly claiming that he and sidekick Brady were going to "shut Baty up".

  9. Another Ernie Evasion:

Kent Hovind groomed his people for weeks announcing that he was going to ask for a sentence reduction as soon as possible (i.e., after a year into his 3 years of Supervised Release).

Then Kent announced he had applied for the sentence reduction (i.e., early termination of his Supervised Release).

Then Kent asked his people to pray that it be granted.

What did Ernie have to say about that?

    I saw nothing, nada, zip!

    Why is that?

Was it a flat-out lie from the mouth of Kent Hovind?

    Seems like it to me?

Is Ernie going to claim he "knows nothing" about that as well?
Or, will Ernie, like Kent, simply "shut up" about it?

    ReplyDelete
  10. I have long been challenging the anonymous and cowardly accusers behind the FreeKentHovind.com website to come out and face me and deal with the substantive issues involving Kent Hovind's legal/tax and related matters and their charges against me.

Cowardly and anonymous they remain, with Ernie Land to cover for them.

Despite the speculations, I have made it clear that I don't know who actually operates the site or writes their libelous articles.

And Ernie now makes clear that he knows more than he is willing to tell.

For all Ernie knows, he was electronically identifiable as an administrator of that site, as Randy Dunn, not me, claims to have determined.

And, considering, one might expect Ernie Land not to know about that and to deny having been involved directly with the operation of that page.

In the bigger picture, it may not matter that much. Ernie Land is a sufficiently involved co-conspirator that he is as guilty as any of the others regarding such matters.

Maybe Randy will make his appearance and explain the details of how he determined that Ernie was electronically identifiable as an administrator of that site and of others (i.e, Theodore).

Come to think of it, if Theo is serious about cashing in on the religion business like Kent, as was announced, Theo may have found it to his advantage, coincidentally enough, to get rid of that site that could be traced to him and his UNgodly antics.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Ernie and Kent and their people are so good at spouting silliness like the following, so I don't mind challenging them on it.

    Ernie wrote, in part:

    - "...our BAR licensed Attorney points out it
    - is good solid research with great facts in
    - support of Kent’s innocence, but the timing
    - is just not right now."

    - Even the higher authorities we have contact
    - with have asked us to hold our peace for a
    - time and let them work the system because this
    - research is good for all of America to reinstall
    - our Constitution as the correct and highest law
    - of this land."

    My challenge:

There has been no legitimate legal review of Brady's work such as Ernie suggests and if there ever is one there won't be any bonafide legal authority who supports what is already known about Brady's attempt at a legal analysis relevant to the Kent Hovind 2006 case.

There are no legitimate, informed, "higher authorities" giving Ernie and Kent such advice as Ernie claims.

I welcome Ernie's effort to prove me wrong in challenging those claims, and I do not fear my positions will ever be rebutted.

  12. I'm not much of a BioPerformance hobbiest, but since Ernie brought it up, here's a 2006 article (from shortly before Kent got himself arrested as I recall) about the matter, including a segment on Ernie's involvement in the scheme.

    http://www.dallasobserver.com/news/running-on-fumes-6378697

Yes, "mothballs" are mentioned in the article!
    And various lab results!

As I recall, Ernie likes to brag about paying $10,000,000.00 to settle that case and keep everyone out of jail; or something like that.

  13. And how about considering one of Ernie's more subtle, recurring lies!

    Ernie wrote, in relevant part:

    - "...the Constitution says
    - right to counsel of your choice..."

However, the 6th Amendment doesn't actually say that, or mean what Ernie Land claims it means.

    6th Amendment Text (relevant):

    - "In all criminal prosecutions,
    - the accused shall enjoy the right...
    - ...to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."

    ReplyDelete
  14. Ernie has never gotten over his previous losses to me in our "debates", including our debate over the 6th Amendment.

Now, consider his misdirection above where he writes, in relevant part:

    - "Our fore-Fathers could never have
    - meant it (6th Amendment right to
    - counsel) to be BAR attorneys only."

Of course, that is not the issue, and Ernie knows or should know that it is not the issue.

Our fore-fathers knew people like Ernie should not be allowed in a courtroom to represent criminal defendants because he is quite the incompetent when it comes to such things, as he has demonstrated over and over and over again in trying to defend Kent Hovind's criminal activities.

Following is what I provided to Ernie earlier, and it's from our fore-fathers who knew people like Ernie should not be allowed to represent criminal defendants. Ernie just ran and ran and he's still running from this bit of history that shows him to be the liar regarding the 6th Amendment.

Under the circumstances, I think that might reasonably be considered a voluntary, un-coerced, freewill confession of guilt as to Ernie's involvement with and influence/control (input=control) regarding the course the FreeKentHovind.com site took.

Will we ever know the full extent of the Hovind/Land involvement with that site.

      Not likely.

If the claimed efficacy of the napthalene had been “proven” as Ernie disingenously claims then BP would have been happy to release the report. But it refused to do so leaving us to draw our own conclusions.

“and therefore the Texas AG had to settle the case because the product proved itself in an EPA certified Lab and because the MLM program proved not to be a scam or Ponzi scheme.”

Of course it was a scam. Otherwise, why was the product not sold more cheaply and efficiently through normal channels - like gas stations? Moth balls don’t cost $1 each in the real mrket place. It was such a scam that BP had to claim that the moth ball only contained 1% napthalene (or its related compound) whereas the true figure was 99%. If it wasn’t a scam why did BP (and Ernie was a senior executive within the organisation) feel it necessary to lie about its product?

“More lies in promoting I was the administrator of the freekenthovind.com site, just flat out a lie, in fact I have never known for a fact who did administrate it because they go by a code name.”

In the same way that the self-confessed genius Kent never thought to ask Mooneyhan or Stoll why they advised him strongly not to take out of the bank more than $10k before lunchtime. Ignorance is bliss.

‘So I had input like this input here, but zero control.”

No-one is accusing Ernie of having control but, as (supposedly) the controlling director of the two enterprises for which the retired Kent does not work, he certainly has influence. If Ernie hasn’t sought to exercise such influence then he is as morally culpable for #FreeKentHovind’s excesses as though he was the author. It is noted that Ernie doesn’t reveal the “code name” of the person behind the website. I suggest it is “RacerX” but I may be mistaken. Perhaps Ernie would confirm.

“Brady has interviewed Kent for more than a year.”

A year? A couple of hours is all it would take. But Kent won’t allow any cross-examination and I doubt that Byrum’s questions were very searching.

“That said out BAR licensed Attorney points out it is good solid research with great facts in support of Kent's innocence, but the timing is just not right now.”

Of course, it isn’t. Doubtless, we need to wait till the newly appointed future Attorney General takes office in the New Year. Let’s hope he doesn’t read the court transcript before coming to a decision.

    1. @ Samphire

In a related matter, I just noticed that Rudy Davis, Kent's #1 YouTube promoter and Shawn Stuller, Kent's #1 jail house convert, are frantic tonight as it appears Shawn has been placed in disciplinary confinement.

It's something, reportedly, about Rudy's and Erin's promoting Shawn on YouTube and FaceBook.

Maybe they will get it cleared up.
      Maybe not.

In the video, Shawn notes that it just so happens that Barbara Bryson, Shawn's SJW "sugar momma" from Massachusetts is scheduled to fly down to visit Shawn tomorrow.

Shawn says he has talked to her and she is going to talk to authorities when she gets there.

Shawn also cries out to Rudy to help convince authorities it's all Rudy's and Erin's doing and not anything he has done wrong.

Peter is in Massachusetts, and I earlier asked him to check up on Barbara Bryson who appears also to work out of Massachusetts and does her SJW work through what Shawn has labeled a "Crusaders for Christ" operation out of Foxboro, MA.

No word from Peter yet on what he has found out; if anything.

Here's the link to the video, time marked for the comments about Barbara Bryson:

    3. OK, let me try this again.

I posted the wrong link. The link I posted was to my article on these latest developments.

So, here is the link to Rudy's video and the time mark where Barbara Bryson is discussed:

    4. Here's a link to a picture of Shawn and Barbara together when she last visited him, as "shared" from Shawn's FaceBook page operated, allegedly, by Erin Davis, wife of Rudy Davis:

  17. Randy Dunn is having some trouble getting messages posted here, and so has asked me to post the following information in response to Ernie claiming he has/had no administrative connection to the FreeKentHovind.com website.

This is, reportedly, from the security printout for the page:

    - Warning User Enumeration is possible
    - User ID and login for Administration
    - ID User Login
    - ID User Login
    - 1 freekent freekent
    - 2 Ernie Land ernieland

I think that last line is the reported connection to Ernie.

Alas, it looks like Ernie has already run-off from this important, public discussion.

Maybe he will come back and explain, in detail, what he really knows about that website and his connections thereto.

    Maybe not.

  18. How timely.

It seems like one of the secrets Kent and his people have been keeping has now come to light; that Paul John Hansen was determined to be practicing law without a license.

Hansen seems to indicate on his page that he intends to ignore the injunction and carry on as he always had.

HMM! I wonder how that might affect his Supervised Release.

  19. In tonight's performance, Kent says some interesting things beginning about the 2:00 mark, including comments about the disappearing stuff and indicating that, in fact, Theodore Valenzuela, who he says has now left Lenox, is behind FreeKentHovind.com and that he, Kent, has asked him to put it back up.

He also indicates Brady's DVD thing is being handled out of Texas or Australia and he has to keep his hands off of it.

  21. Peter,

You might have a special interest in this latest, based on today's postings of more videos of Kent's recent Spokane, WA performances.

Yes, that's it! Kent returns to revealing his fascination with Vaseline and dolls, and is caught flat out lying about his case.
