Beer For Rudy's Horses

One of the things that other Hovindologists, the small band interested in the Kent Hovind chronicle, who are not supporters of Dr. Dino, find odd about me is my affection and admiration for Rudy Davis.  There are times when he makes it hard for me.  A recent piece he did is kind of over the top even for him.

The title is "Eight death penalty offenses once righteous judgment comes back to America".

The picture of the noose is a little off, because Rudy's preferred execution method is beheading, but if you listen to the podcast you will hear a sort of dystopian nightmare, that reminds me just a bit of the Handmaid's Tale

Really just the first phase.  The energy behind the podcast is more consistent with one of my favorites  by Toby Keith and makes the noose picture more appropriate and I think it captures a bit of the Rudy Davis spirit.

Grandpappy told my pappy, back in my day, son
A man had to answer for the wicked that he done
Take all the rope in Texas find a tall oak tree,
Round up all them bad boys hang them high in the street
For all the people to see
Rudy believes that there is a war going on between patriots like himself and the corporate, as opposed to the organic, United States.  The enemies are  people who hate the United States of American, the Constitution and liberty.

In this video, he is looking forward to ultimate victory.  If when that happens, God grants him a role in dealing out justice, there will be quite a few executions.  That's the dystopian part that is playing out in my mind.  You might need a course like Conspiracy Theories 101 to follow along on this, but I'll let you do your own research.  Here are the people that will be executed after a fair trial under Justice Minister Rudy Davis of the Reformed United States of America.

1. People who were paid to participate in false flag events like Sandy Hook, Oklahoma City, etc
2.  Attorneys working for the "corporate UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" who suppress exculpatory evidence.
3.  Although he doesn't name him it is pretty clear he is referring to President Obama.  Although if Ted Cruz had made it he might be included.
4. News media that have deliberately distorted the news to affect public policy
5. The people doing the chemtrails, even if their motives are pure.  Maybe fluoride in the water too.
6. People advocating to limit gun rights and force vaccinations
7. CIA and prison industrial people who have participated in torture.
8. People who have benefited from the fiat currency system the federal reserve.

I always admire Rudy's presentation.  In his summary when he says "Death penalty for you", he reminds me of the soup nazi.

Since Kent Hovind has often advocated wider application of the death penalty, I reached out to Ernie Land for comment but have not heard back.

I also reached out to Rudy to get a little clarification on some of the details and some sort of estimate of the post-restoration body count.  Here is his complete reply from two different e-mails.

Erin and I initially checked my father into an old folks home for help with his care.  A few months later my father John was approached by the administrator and she said it was the policy of the home to vaccinate all the residents.  My dad replied "Over my dead body."  The front office called me to come talk some sense into my father so that he could remain at the old folks home.  I went up to the old folks home after receiving the call and a short time later, my dad was living in my downstairs bedroom/kitchen.  I totally agreed with my dad's position on this issue.
In regards to people trying to disarm the American public, I consider that an act of aggression and an act of genocidal war.  The documentary below makes the point and I don't even think the producer is a Christian.  Why is it so difficult for people to understand that you can't force their crap on others?  Our founders thought the second Amendment was so important that they made it #2 just behind #1.
In regards to how many forced vaccinators and gun grabbers would need to be executed..... Hmmmmm.....  Well, I think after I publicly beheaded the first ten gun grabbers and it became widely known that we are once again enforcing the US Constitution,  I believe the rest of the gun grabbers would become very quiet and there would be no need to execute the hundreds of thousands who are currently deceived.

And

People are free to advocate whatever they wish.  However once they have committed overt actions which are targeted to restrict American gun rights, then I believe that warrants the death penalty with a public beheading. An example would be if it is proven that Sandy Hook was a deceptive false flag event run by certain elements of the corporate United States, then I would push for the death penalty of everyone involved in the coverup and deception. Are you aware that there is a large portion of the public that don't believe we were told the truth about what happened at Sandy Hook?  I am one of those people.

To be fair to Rudy, it is important to note that he is only advocating these executions after fair trials under a new legal regime. I did see somebody mention they would report his video to the authorities, but Rudy has been through that drill before.

Transgender Comic Julia Scotti Blows The Doors Off Fairview Famous

It takes a Jersey girl, or in this case, a transgender woman, to not only have the bravery to come out on national television, but to drop the F-bomb as well!

Steve Trevelise on Julia Scotti

Shameless Exploitation

So I'm going off topic entirely here to shamelessly exploit a celebrity connection to improve my traffic.  I mean what's the point of knowing a celebrity if you can't get traffic out of it?  At my recent grammar school reunion, there were connections to some of the most famous people from Fairview, NJ.  Lucia Scarnecchia was there and her uncle (or maybe great uncle) until this month had been the most famous person from Fairview.  John Scarne was an expert on, among other things, cheating at cards, which was kind of fit being the most famous person from Fairview.  Fairview was known as something of a gambling center back in the day.

Fairview Famous

Father Charles McTague, himself now famous, often told us about John Scarne, who also invented the game Teeko, Father McTague was with us in spirit.  If you are into jazz you may have heard of Mary Lou Williams.  She was not from Fairview, but the Jesuit priest who was her manager and preserver of her heritage Fr. Peter O'Brien SJ was.  If you attended St. John's in the fifties or sixties, you probably had an O'Brien in your class.  Well my brother, sister and I all did anyway.  My brother was in Peter's class and Patrick was in mine.

As it happens, though, at the very reunion was someone poised to blow the doors off Fairview famous.  That would be Julia Scotti who recently appeared on America's Got Talent where in a one two punch of sorts she dropped an F bomb and outed herself as transgender

Here is me and Julia in front of the famous Pop's Park in Fairview NJ

And here we are along with Patrick O'Brien getting ready to go to the 11:00 AM Mass that was dedicated to our class

And here is the whole 20% of the class that made it to the reunion along with two Franciscans who are kind of standing in for the sisters who taught us, who are all, you know, dead.

I don't know if the game of "Where's Julia" will ever catch on, but here we are in the third grade if you want to give it a shot.

A Bit Of Controversy

I connected with Julia a couple of years ago through facebook.  Oddly enough around that time I had become interested in some of the views of radical feminists.

I may well be the only person to ask a presidential candidate about "women's spaces"

What is intriguing to me is that it some ways there is an illustration here of one of the things the radfems often refer to.  The parochial grammar schools were extremely gendered such that boys and girls lived in close to parallel universes.  Oddly enough the nuns, who some said favored the girls, had elements of radical feminism about them.  That sounds like a joke, but there is probably a serious topic there.

Regardless, I think what a radical feminist might remark is that Julia did not experience girlhood.

Julia and I had a bit of discussion about that and she ended up doing a blog post about it.  Here is how it closes.

And so in closing, I believe that the growing number of visible, vocal trans people are questioning and redefining gender all over the world. I believe that in the next three or four generations, acceptance of  the gender continuum will make the current absolute definition archaic. I believe that in time, trans people will have trans role models to look toward and the desire to feel or be 100% female will disappear. Finally, I believe that someday, many will look at the trans community with some degree of envy because we who were blessed with this very natural way of being have the decided advantage of seeing, feeling and actually living with the points of view of both genders. Already, scientists are pointing toward genetic and chemical causes for gender dysphoria, itself a misnomer as it implies being trans as negative. Ask any trans person how they feel after coming out and the answer is more likely to imply euphoria than dysphoria. And who needs radical feminists for validation? I am happy. That is validation enough.

I remember this period of time when I was involved in the governance of a church that seemed to be a perpetual hotbed of content free conflict.  Somebody told me that my problem was that I was an Aquarian and wanted everybody to get along.  I also have this tendency to learn about what position various groups maintain by looking at what they write rather than what is written about them.

What Is With This "Old" Bullshit?

On a really serious note, not, though, I have to call Julia out on the ageism in her routine.  Seriously, I don't really feel that old. As a matter of fact I am kind of experiencing a second adolescence, although this one is definitely more fun.

Fairview Famous

We don't know yet whether Julia's success on America's  Got Talent will turn into the fifteen minute type of fame, but at least for the moment I think she has edged out John Scarne.  So now we have somebody who is famous for dropping an F-bomb rather than knowing how to cheat at cards.  That's Fairview for you.

By the way when it comes to Fairview famous in contemporary entertainment, Julia is also competing with Ripface Invasion. You can be the judge.

Has Kent Hovind Really Handed The Keys To Creation Science Evangelism Ministries?

If you wanted to give credit to one person for Kent Hovind being a free man today, that person would probably be Don Camacho, foreman of the jury in Kent's trial last year.   He held out against the other jurors on convicting Hovind on anything and finally by way of compromise agreed to convict on contempt of court.  That charge was then thrown out on technical grounds.

Keys To The Kingdom

Camacho, for all his sympathy with Hovind, took a jaundiced view of Hovind's claim that Creation Science Evangelism was anything other than an alter ego for Kent.

He characterizes Kent as "not a guy who gives you the keys".

That the CSE trust or whatever it was supposed to be was considered an alter ego for Kent and Jo Hovind is at the root of the large income tax liability, which is likely still hanging over them.

A New Beginning?

The new CSE is working on being different, though.  Creation Science Evangelism Ministries, Inc. has been recognized by the IRS as exempt under 501(c)(3).  And according to this release, three new board members have been added - Bill Sardi, J.R. Hughes and Diane Hummel. (Bill Sardi gave me a guest post on the Kent/Eric CSE/GQ dispute back in April.)

Ernie Land, who is also on the board, told me there had been some turnover.  I did not get it clear as to whether there is still an open seat as they are aiming for five.

Ernie told me that they claimed exemption as an educational organization, so there will be a Form 990 required and they have to provide you a copy of their Form 1024 (exempt status application) if you ask for it.  I have made an informal request on the 2Peter3   website. We'll see if I end up having to jump through hoops or not.

Dino Defender

Kent Hovind himself is not on the board nor is he an employee or agent of CSEM.  There is, however, an "exclusive contract" with Kent, whom they dub Defender of The Faith.

You and I both know that "Fidei defensor" is a title granted to Henry VIII by Pope Leo X for his book defending the notion of there being seven sacraments.

The title is still claimed by the reigning British monarch.  It is rather an intriguing moniker for an Independent Baptist.  The earliest instance of the title being hung on Hovind that I found was by skeptic Michael Shermer who debated him in 2004.

Kind Of Transparent

CSEM has indicated that it is committed to transparency.
They will help oversee the ministry in the spirit of transparency and showing itself to be approved by others. CSEM (Creation Science Evangelism Ministries) believes it is important for ministries that rely on donations to be completely transparent about it objectives, goals and use of funds toward those ends. Any designated funds donated will be applied to those projects or expenses designated, and will only be placed into other projects or other ministry expenses, after consultation and agreement with the donor
Transparency has its limits. When I asked Ernie about the contract, this is how he responded.
Our contracts are US Constitution article 1 section 10 private contracts. They will remain private and should the IRS attack again then a snare is in place to throw it all into International Court. All are signed “Without Prejudice UCC 1 – 308”. I like the term patriot, but actually adhere more to being a Constitutionalist. As you know from my $6mil lawsuit brought against me personally and my company by the FTC, I will use the International Court, and as in that case, the Federal Court seals everything, while removing me from the suit. Hey, maybe that experience is why I believe so adamantly in Conspiracy by the elites in Government. They seal documents, or hide them like Hillary’s emails, in most of the cases they lose or should I say the 1% they lose. Pretty good game they play. I guess they learned from the Harlem Globe Trotters
The More Things Change?

One of the most important concepts in the not for profit world is "inurement".  If the contractual arrangement is, in essence, that at the end of the day it is all up to Kent, there will not be a happy ending if the arrangement ever gets examined.  Kent's recent scolding open letter to Eric gives some indication that that could be the case.
I trusted you with all the CSE assets in 2006 and simply asked for them back when I got out of prison 1 year ago. You now use lots of smoke and mirrors to not do that. You say CSE inc is a new 2015 business name. You know full well that the CSE board voted to add the “inc.” a year ago to try to keep the alphabet gang happy.
The old CSE was found to be an alter ego of Kent and he seems to be stating there that nothing has really changed.

All I can say is that if there is still a seat available on the CSEM board and you are being tapped for it, the prudent thing to do would be to pass.

More Like King Lear Than Henry VIII?

As far as the dispute between Kent and Eric goes, it is well covered on Kent Hovind Unofficial and freekenthovind.com.For whatever it is worth, my view is that it would probably be best for Eric Hovind to take up another trade.  If I were really inclined toward conspiracy theories I would speculate that Kent and Eric are working in concert to maximize the family's share of the "creation science" marketplace.  I'm just throwing that out for laughs right now, but if Eric comes out in favor of geocentrism and flat earth, I'll run with it.

Some Real Journalists On The Job

The other interesting development that is well covered elsewhere is the coverage by the Monroe Journal. The Monroe Journal is a weekly published in Monroeville AL.  Monroevillie is the county seat of Monroe County, the next county over from Conecuh.  MJ ran a story on Hovind in which he gave his regular narrative that he had rehearsed so well on the right wing alternative media circuit.  MJ appears to be an actual new outlet, though, so the following week they ran a story with comments from Robert Baty, Randy Dunn and me.  It is behind a paywall, so I'll leave it to you to hunt down free copies or maybe spring for $25.

Conecuh County has The Monthly View, which is not behind a paywall.  I'm keeping an eye on it to see when Doctor Dino pops up.

About This Blog

Regular readers of Your Tax Matters Partner, who may well number in the scores, will have noted that for quite a while the blog has been pretty much all Doc Dino all the time.  This is largely due to low energy on my part in not coming up with any other tax related posts that are not forbes worthy.  My productivity on forbes.com has also been on the low side.  So help me out with some guest posts.  I mean I won't pay you or anything, but look at the exposure you will be getting.
